Institutional objectives:
- Communities (and especially women) are able to understand their own problems, which they can solve through planning, managing and implementing their own activities, through establishing village level groups
- The poor and disadvantaged communities are able to understand their rights, and can take ownership of their access to resources, so as to be able to provide for their basic needs by using those resources in an equitable and sustainable manner
- Women and children within rural areas pay attention to their health and have a balanced diet which includes the 5 food groups.
- Local communities are aware of looking after their environment and are able to appreciate the protection of women’s and children’s rights
Each involved development organization in the northern provinces (including Bokeo) are able to co-ordinate together and exchange lessons together effectively
